Abstract

PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers develop learning models that integrate teacher creativity in the learning process. It involves teachers in building students' creativity and helping them achieve learning goals in unique and innovative ways. Teacher creativity is a way that can stimulate students' thinking patterns. The aim of this research was to determine the creativity of a PAI teacher in improving the learning model at QUBA Middle School, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in influencing creativity. This research method uses qualitative research methods, data collection in this research includes interviews and observations. Through this research, it is hoped that we can better understand the importance of PAI teacher creativity and Budi Pekerti in designing learning models. The results of this research can provide insight and practical recommendations for PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers in developing innovative and effective learning approaches.
