Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Mengaji Dalam Menanamkan Budaya Literasi Al-Qur’an Siswa Di Madrasah Aliyah Roudlotul Khuffadz Sorong

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Quranic School Program in instilling a culture of Quranic literacy among students at Madrasah Aliyah Roudlotul Khuffadz Sorong. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Roudlotul Khuffadz, focusing on evaluating the implementation of the program and its impact on Quranic literacy culture among students. Observation was used to directly observe Quranic literacy activities, interviews with the principal, madrasash’s head master and teachers, provided in-depth information about the program's implementation and effects, and documentation was gathered to collect data on regulations, policies, and materials used. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to assess the program's effectiveness. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Quranic School Program at this madrasah is highly effective in improving students' understanding and skills in reading the Quran. The program, held routinely from Monday to Thursday after Dhuhr prayer, has successfully established a strong foundation in Quranic literacy through a comprehensive approach, including tajwid, tafsir, and memorization. Significant improvements in reading fluency, tafsir understanding, and active student participation confirm the program’s success in instilling a deep and sustainable culture of Quranic literacy at the madrasah.
